Due to the threat of deportation to Afghanistan, the complaint has been forwarded to the CCPR. Then the case was reopened and the decision changed by the Danish authorities. The CCPR decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 2369/2014 because the author and the State party have reached an agreement on the substantive issue raised in the communication and the author is no longer at risk of deportation.
